    I really enjoyed this post the most. I also have protein and have posted a video on my blog as well. I think a video is a great way for everyone to understand really what is going on with proteins. Great idea to post this video. Also, I like your blog, it looks like you have spent a lot of time trying to make it your best. Great Work!
